What is Focusly?+
An iPhone app that helps you put your phone down. Run a focus session, earn Focus XP when you finish, and level up through an 80-level journey.
How does it know which apps distract me?+
With your permission, Focusly uses Apple's Screen Time to show which apps take most of your attention. That usage stays on your iPhone: Apple processes it on-device, and Focusly never receives or uploads it.
Can it block apps while I focus?+
Yes, optionally. Choose the apps that pull you away and Focusly can shield them until the session ends. You can turn shielding off at any time.
Is Focusly a game?+
No. Focusly is a focus app with lightweight gamification. XP, levels, streaks, and achievements represent completed focus and have no monetary value.
Does it need an account?+
No. Your sessions, progress, and settings stay on your iPhone. There is no Focusly account and no tracking.
What does it cost?+
Focusly is free to start: focus sessions, XP, levels, streaks, and today's distractions are included. Focusly Premium is $29.99 per year with a 7-day free trial, purchased and billed by Apple. Prices may vary by region.
How do I cancel?+
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel Focusly Premium. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.
Can I get a refund?+
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Mandatory consumer rights still apply where you live.
