1. Who is responsible

IGOR PEREIRA RAMOS VIEIRA LTDA, Brazil, is the controller responsible for personal data described in this Policy. Contact us at support@focusly.sh.

This Policy covers the Focusly iPhone app, this website, and support.

2. What stays on your iPhone

Focusly does not require an account. Your focus sessions, Focus XP, levels, streaks, achievements, goals, chosen distracting apps, and settings are stored on your iPhone. They are not uploaded to a Focusly server.

Deleting Focusly removes this local data, subject to iOS behavior and any device or iCloud backups you or Apple control.

3. Screen Time and app shielding

If you allow it, Focusly uses Apple's Screen Time frameworks (Family Controls, Device Activity, and Managed Settings) to show which apps take your attention, to notice when a distracting app is used during a focus session, and to optionally shield the apps you choose.

Apple processes this usage on your device. The apps you select are represented by opaque tokens; Focusly does not see their names outside Apple-provided views, and app usage reports are rendered by Apple in a protected view that Focusly cannot read or export. Focusly never sends Screen Time data off your iPhone.

You can revoke access at any time in Settings → Screen Time or inside Focusly.

4. Payments and subscriptions

Focusly Premium is an auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Apple processes payments; Focusly does not receive your payment card or bank details.

Focusly uses verified entitlement information from Apple's StoreKit to unlock paid features. Apple's handling of your Apple Account and purchases is governed by Apple's privacy policy and terms.

5. Information we process

Support data: your email, message, attachments you choose to send, and our replies.

Website technical data: our hosting provider may process IP address, request time, browser or device information, requested URL, and security logs needed to deliver and protect this website. We do not use advertising cookies, behavioral tracking, or third-party analytics in the app or on the website.

6. Why we use it

We process support messages to answer your requests and provide the service you asked for under our contract with you. We use limited technical and security data for our legitimate interests in keeping the website available and preventing abuse, and we keep records when required to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising.

7. Service providers and sharing

We rely on Apple for App Store distribution, purchases, subscriptions, notifications, and Screen Time functionality, and on Vercel for website hosting.

These companies process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information when legally required or to protect rights and security.

8. International transfers

Apple and our hosting provider may process data outside Brazil or the country where you live. When applicable, we rely on contractual protections, provider safeguards, or another lawful transfer mechanism.

9. How long we keep information

Support messages are kept while necessary to resolve and document the request. Website security logs follow our hosting provider's operational retention settings. App data stays on your iPhone until you delete it or remove the app.

10. Security

Focus data stays on your device, protected by iOS. We use encrypted transport and limited access for support and the website. No system is completely secure; never email passwords or payment details.

11. Your choices and rights

You can choose whether to grant Screen Time and notification access, change them in iOS Settings, and delete Focusly at any time. Subscriptions and purchase history are managed by Apple.

Depending on applicable law, you may ask us to confirm processing; access, correct, delete, anonymize, or obtain a copy of personal data we control; learn about sharing; object to or restrict processing; or revoke consent where consent is used. Send a privacy request and describe what you need. You may also complain to Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) or the authority where you live.

12. Children

Focusly is a general productivity app for individuals managing their own device. It is not a parental-control product and is not directed to children. If you believe a child provided data improperly, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

13. Policy changes

We may update this Policy when the product, providers, or legal requirements change, for example before adding accounts, sync, or analytics. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when a change materially affects your rights.
